摘要
班委是学校课内外活动的主要参与者,是老师和同学沟通的桥梁,是班级各项活动主要参与者与组织者,这类人群通常被刻板印象为有较强的人际交往能力,乐观积极,成绩优异,然而这部分人中有相当一部分学生具有边缘性,存在人际交往问题。本文借鉴西方"边缘人"概念,以南京医科大学康达学院为例,对"班委边缘人"进行界定,并通过调查,对辅导员处理"班委边缘人"的工作进行了初步探索和思考。
Class committee is the main participant in and out of class activities, the bridge between teachers and classmates, and the main participant and organizer of class activities. This kind of people is usually stereotyped as having strong interpersonal skills, optimistic and positive. Excellent results, however, some of these students are marginal and have interpersonal problems. This paper draws lessons from the western concept of "marginal people" and takes Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University as an example to define the "borderline of class committee". And through the investigation, the counselors to deal with the work of "class committee marginal people" were preliminarily explored and pondered.
