家庭经济困难大学生发展性资助体系研究

A Study on the Developmental Financial Assistance System for College Students with Family Financial Difficulties

家庭经济困难大学生是大学校园里的一个特殊群体,其典型的特点就是经济困难,面临这样的困境,这些大学生相对于其它大学生来说更加朴素,坚强,但是也受经济条件的限制失去很多成长和学习的机会。高校家庭经济困难大学生资助体系经历了数年的发展,虽然在不断完善,但是在发展性方面仍存在明显的缺失。本文针对新时期家庭经济困难大学生的特征,分析现有发展性资助体系中存在的问题,对新时期家庭经济困难大学生发展性资助体系的构建提出对策建议。

College students with family financial difficulties are a special group on university campuses, whose typical characteristics are economic difficulties. These students are more simple and strong than other college students. However, due to the constraints of economic conditions, many opportunities for growth and learning have been lost. The financial aid system for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities has experienced several years of development, although it is constantly improving. However, there are still obvious deficiencies in development. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the existing developmental financial aid system in view of the characteristics of college students with family financial difficulties in the new period. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of developmental financial aid system for college students with family economic difficulties in the new period.
