新课改下农村初中地理教师能力适应性问题探讨

Discussion on the Adaptability of Rural Junior High School Geography Teachers under the New Curriculum Reform

农村教师的能力问题体现了新课改的深入的指向性要求,目的在于全面提高教师队伍建设,缩小城乡教师间的能力差距,这符合我国教育改革趋势,同时也对地理教师的专业能力提出巨大挑战。但是就目前中学地理教学现状不易乐观。因此,基于新课改浪潮的不断推动,探讨教师教学能力的不足及提升策略。

The ability of teachers in rural areas reflects the deep and directional requirements of the new curriculum reform, the purpose of which is to improve the construction of teachers' ranks in an all-round way and to narrow the ability gap between urban and rural teachers, which is in line with the trend of education reform in China. At the same time, it also poses a great challenge to the professional ability of geography teachers. However, it is not easy to be optimistic about the present situation of geography teaching in middle schools. Therefore, based on the continuous promotion of the tide of new curriculum reform, this paper probes into the deficiency of teachers' teaching ability and its promotion strategies.
