摘要
从养成教育的角度出发,分析了建筑类专业毕业生从"学生角色"向"职业角色"转换经历的两个重要阶段,并提出影响"角色转换"的因素,为毕业生开启职业生涯打下坚实的基础。
From the angle of fostering education, this paper analyzes on the two important stages of the transition of architectural graduates from "student role" to "professional role", and puts forward the factors that affect the "role transformation". Lay a solid foundation for graduates to start their careers.
