校园文化作为伴随高等院校演变发展且富有区域特色的文化现象,纳入人际关系、人文环境及思想政治等层面构建长效有序的文化建设机制对于加大高等院校校园文化建设力度组织一系列丰富多彩校园文化活动具有不可比拟的积极作用,客观上为充分发挥校园文化育人功能提供强有力的保障。本文以校园文化为切入点分析建设校园文化对于发挥育人功能的作用,就提出建设措施进行深入探究,旨在为相关工作人员积累更多的工作经验。

Campus culture, as a cultural phenomenon with the development of colleges and universities and full of regional characteristics, is brought into the interpersonal relationship. The construction of a long-term and orderly cultural construction mechanism at the humanistic environment and ideological and political levels plays an unparalleled role in strengthening the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities and organizing a series of colorful campus cultural activities. Objectively, it provides a strong guarantee for giving full play to the educational function of campus culture. This paper analyzes the role of campus culture in bringing into play the function of educating people from the point of view of campus culture, and puts forward some construction measures. The aim is to accumulate more work experience for the relevant staff.
