In the process of the development of world economic integration, every country's opening is constantly improving, culture of mutual penetration between different regions has become a common phenomenon. In order to understand the culture of other countries or other foreign areas better, the translation for their literary works is an important part. From the point of the concrete analysis, literary translation is not just translating one language into another language, but it is more important to embody the cultural context of language. In short, the real translation work, needs to construct a system of cultural context and literary translation discourse, so that translation can reflect the cultural connotation more vividly. In this paper, the author discusses how to construct the system of cultural context and literary translation discourse, and aims to find important factors of construction, so as to provide guidance for translation.
