新生代农民工社会生活状况再调研——以徐州市为例

A Further Investigation on the Social living Conditions of the New Generation of Migrant Workers——Taking Xuzhou City as an Example

新生代农民工已成为我国产业工人的主体,但受城乡二元结构的限制,他们多数游离于城市边缘,依然面临社保、子女教育、住房等障碍,其融入城市过程中所产生的社会问题也日益引起政府和社会的广泛关注。作为职业院校,毕业学生中有一波群体成为新生代农民工这一群体,为了探究他们的生活现状,人生规划和心理诉求,为他们提供信息支持和帮助,笔者对徐州市新生代农民工的生活现状以及心理诉求展开调研。

The new generation of migrant workers has become the main body of industrial workers in our country, but most of them, restricted by the dual structure of urban and rural areas, still face the obstacles of social security, education of children, housing and so on. The social problems in the process of integrating into the city have been paid more and more attention by the government and society. As a vocational college, a group of graduates become the new generation of migrant workers, in order to explore their living conditions, life planning and psychological demands, to provide them with information support and help. The author investigates the living conditions and psychological demands of the new generation of migrant workers in Xuzhou.
