论我国地方政府治理实践中的问题与对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures in the Practice of Local Government Governance in China

我国地方政府在实际治理中所发挥的重要作用,日益成为推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的理论源泉和实践经验,但是,也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。本文旨在分析我国目前在地方政府治理实践中的现实情况和在推进地方政府治理过程中所面临的问题,从而提出对策,以助力国家治理现代化战略目标早日实现。

The important role played by local governments in practical governance is increasingly becoming the theoretical source and practical experience of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. However, there are still some problems to be solved. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation in the practice of local government governance in China and the problems faced in the process of promoting local government governance, so as to put forward countermeasures to help realize the strategic goal of modernization of national governance as soon as possible.
