分析产教融合视域下的现代学徒制

Analysis of Modern Apprenticeship System from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Teaching

本文针对产教融合与现代学徒制的内涵加以分析,基于产教融合视域下现代学徒制应用期间存在的问题进行剖析,突出表现在政府参与相对不足,企业处于被动状态及行业标准融入不佳等方面,且根据学生未来职业发展的需求,提出产教融合视域下现代学徒制应用的方法,进而不断提升教学指导的效果,为学生带来全新的学习体验。
