Probe into the Reform Mode of Human Resource Management Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着社会对人资管理人才的需求量的不断递增,促使高职院校人资管理课程改革显得非常必要。文章中重点分析了当前高职院校人资管理课程教学的现状,然后针对其存在的问题予以适当的教学改革策略,以期课程教学取得理想的成效。

With the increasing demand of human capital management talents, it is necessary to promote the reform of human capital management curriculum in higher vocational colleges. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of human capital management course teaching in higher vocational colleges, and then gives appropriate teaching reform strategies in view of its existing problems, in order to achieve ideal results in course teaching.
