摘要 高职院校导师制人才培养模式是在传统的导师制基础上,结合高职院校的培养目标、办学定位、学生管理特点而实施的一种教育、教学管理模式,国内有不少高职院校尝试实行导师制,浙江机电职业技术学院材料技术系也进行了有益的探索和实践。本文结合浙江机电职业技术学院材料技术系导师制的实施情况,分析了导师制的基本内涵,我系实施导师制人才培养模式的相关实践,以及实施过程中初步取得的成效及存在的问题,进而探索适合高职特色的导师制运行模式。 The talent training mode of tutoring system in higher vocational colleges is a kind of education and teaching management mode based on the traditional tutorial system, combined with the training goal, the orientation of running a school and the characteristics of student management in higher vocational colleges.In China, many higher vocational colleges have tried to implement the tutorial system, and the Department of Materials and Technology of Zhejiang Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College has also carried on beneficial exploration and practice.Combined with the implementation of the tutorial system in the Department of Materials and Technology of Zhejiang Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College, this paper analyzes the basic connotation of the tutorial system, and the relevant practice of implementing the tutorial system personnel training model in our department.And the initial achievements and existing problems in the process of implementation, and then explore the operation mode of tutorial system suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational education.
