民国时期普通考试探析——以1935年河南省普通考试为例

On the General Examination in the Republic of China: Taking the General Examination of Henan Province in 1935 as an Example

民国时期,普通考试作为国家省一级地方行政机关和事业单位选拔人才的重要手段之一,对于民国时期的国家省一级地方行政机关和事业单位的人员构成具有重大意义,本文以1935年河南省普通考试为例,从参加此次普通考试的应考和录取人员的资格、年龄、性别、成绩、籍贯和党籍等几个方面初步探析民国时期的普通考试。

During the period of the Republic of China, the general examination, as one of the important means of selecting talents for the local administrative organs and institutions at the provincial level, is of great significance to the personnel composition of the local administrative organs and institutions at the provincial level in the period of the Republic of China.Taking Henan Province General examination in 1935 as an example, this paper analyzes the general examination in the Republic of China from the aspects of qualification, age, sex, achievement, place of origin and party membership.
