探究大学生思想政治工作中的“学生参与”

Exploring the "Student Participation" in the Ideological and Political Work of College Students

大学生思想政治工作是高校落实思想政治教育,提升学生综合素养的重要手段。基于素质教育的深化改革,大学生思想政治工作得到人们越来越多的关注,而实现"学生参与"是基于"以生为本"、"政治参与"等理论下高校思想政治教育改革的新要求,也是高校思想政治工作新时期发展的必然趋势。基于此,本文采用文献资料研究法、工作经验总结方、实践调查法等科学研究法,从学生参与相关概述出发,就大学生思想政治工作中"学生参与"的可行性、作用、注意事项以及策略进行了分析,以期促进大学生思想政治工作的优化发展,提升高校思想政治教育质量与水平。

Ideological and political work of college students is an important means to carry out ideological and political education and improve students' comprehensive literacy. Based on the deepening reform of quality education, people pay more and more attention to the ideological and political work of college students, and the realization of "student participation" is based on the new requirements of ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities based on the theory of "student-oriented" and "political participation". It is also the inevitable trend of the development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new period. Based on this, this paper uses the methods of literature research, work experience summary, practice investigation and other scientific research methods, starting from the summary of students' participation, the feasibility and function of "student participation" in the ideological and political work of college students. This paper analyzes the matters needing attention and the strategies in order to promote the optimization and development of the ideological and political work of college students and to improve the quality and level of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
