2017年10月18号上午,在北京召开中了国共产党第十九次代表大会。习近平作了题为《决胜全面建成小康社会夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利》的报告。这次十九大宣告了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的形成,宣布我们中国进入了一个新时代。新时代法治建设应当结合中国特色,走中国特色的社会主义法治道路。
