On Public Opinion Supervision and Judicial Justice

现如今,舆论监督在司法活动中起着越来越重要的作用,尤其是在曝光司法不公,司法腐败上起到了很大的作用。舆论监督体现着人民群众的言论自由和知情权,代表着民众参与司法的热情。但是我们应该知道司法活动中司法独立以及司法审判是司法公正的内涵,如此我们就要协调好舆论监督和司法公正之间的关系。我们努力把危害控制在最小的限度内,发挥舆论监督和司法公正最大的优势,在民众的知情权、言论自由权和司法独立、司法审判二者之间寻求协调,为建设法治国家添砖加瓦。

Nowadays, public opinion supervision plays a more and more important role in judicial activities, especially in exposing judicial injustice and judicial corruption. Public opinion supervision embodies the people's freedom of speech and the right to know, and represents the enthusiasm of the public to participate in the administration of justice. However, we should know that judicial independence and judicial trial are the connotations of judicial justice, so we must coordinate the relationship between public opinion supervision and judicial justice. We strive to minimize the harm control and give full play to the greatest advantages of public opinion and judicial justice. We should seek coordination between the two people's right to know, freedom of speech, judicial independence and judicial trial, so as to build bricks and mortar for building a country under the rule of law.
