理工类大学生思想政治教育中人文素养的培养

The Cultivation of the Humanistic Quality in the Ideological and Political Education of the College Students of Science and Technology

高校的思想政治教育,应从大学生的知识技能培养、个人意志情感以及人文关怀等方面进行全面性塑造。然而,理工类大学中人文环境培养欠乏、知识结构单一、学生对思政人文素养关注不高等问题日益凸显。如何在理工类高校中结合相关实际,从客观和批判性角度剖析人文素养的现状以及改善培养机制,是思想政治教育中必要的发展需求。

The ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be comprehensively molded from the aspects of the cultivation of college students' knowledge and skills, personal will, emotion and humanistic care. However, the humanities environment in the universities of science and technology is short of cultivation, the knowledge structure is single, and the students pay less attention to the ideological and political humanities literacy. How to combine the relevant practice in the universities of science and technology, analyze the present situation and improve the cultivation mechanism of the humanities accomplishment from the objective and critical angle, is the necessary development demand in the ideological and political education.
