摘要
在众创时代加强大学生创新精神与创业意识的培养,研究促进高等院校《创业基础》课程的教学改革方法以培养创新创业人才,关系到民族与国家未来的伟业。本课题从分析课程教学的研究现状与存在问题出发,基于柯林斯"互动仪式链"理论的视角,以《创业基础》课堂互动仪式链模型来探讨该课程的体系建设。该课堂互动仪式链的良性运行与协调发展主要包含四个方面的内容:互动仪式即《创业基础》课堂的有效开展;情感能量即创新创业意识因充分地互动而得以提升;象征符号即创新创业代表活动使学生们获得荣誉;排斥违反创新创业道德的行为,具有职业道德与职业精神。
To strengthen the cultivation of college students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness and to study the teaching reform method of promoting the course of Entrepreneurship Foundation in colleges and universities in order to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents is related to the great cause of the future of the nation and the country.From the point of view of Collins' theory of interactive ritual chain, based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the course teaching, this paper discusses the construction of the curriculum system with the classroom interactive ritual chain model of the Foundation of Entrepreneurship.The healthy operation and coordinated development of the interactive ritual chain in the classroom mainly include four aspects: interactive ceremony is the effective development of the classroom, emotional energy, that is, the consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship can be promoted because of the full interaction, and the interactive ceremony is the effective development of the classroom of "Foundation of Entrepreneurship". Symbolic symbol is the representative activity of innovation and entrepreneurship, which makes the students obtain honor, repels the behavior that violates the morality of innovation and entrepreneurship, and has the professional ethics and spirit.
