基于学生参与视角下的辅导员、班主任测评系统的设计与实现

The Design and Implementation of the Evaluation System for Instructors and Head Teachers Based on the Perspective of Students' Participation

如何发挥学生在评教工作中的主体作用,建立科学完善的评教测评系统,科学的评价相关工作质量,对于激励辅导员、班主任认真做好学生的教育与管理工作具有重要的意义。本文提出了一种基Web的高校辅导员、班主任测评管理系统的设计方案,其评教内容包括教师的教育质量、工作态度、为人师表、学习引导、交流沟通等多个方面,依据加权综合评价和模糊综合评价法相结合的原则,利用数据库相关技术,从而实现测评数据的分析与利用。

In order to accomplish the better education and management work for students, it is very significant for instructors and head teachers to give students full play to their main role in the evaluation work for teachers, establish a scientific and perfect assessment and evaluation system, and then scientifically assess the related quantity and quality of the teachers' work. This paper proposes a design scheme of college instructors and head teachers evaluation management system based on Web, whose evaluation content includes the several aspects such as educational quality of teachers, their work attitude, model effect of virtue for others, study guidance, and communication with students and so on. On the basis of the principle combined with the weighted comprehensive evaluation and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, by using the database related technology, it is aimed to realize the analysis and utilization of measurement data.
