摘要 人才培养方案是高校人才培养的指挥棒和脚本,是社会检阅高校办学质量的重要依据。人才培养方案关系人才培养的质量和规格,人才培养方案的修订理应成为学校发展的重要工作,并作为顶层设计指导其他工作的开展。我校学前教育专业相对年轻,现有的人才培养方案肯定存在一些问题。新的人才培养方案修订引入了OBE理念,结合专业发展特色及现状,进一步明确培养目标,建立合理的课程体系,从而提升人才培养质量。 Talent training program is the baton and script of talent training in colleges and universities, and it is the important basis for social inspection of the quality of colleges and universities. The talent training plan relates to the quality and specification of the talent training. The revision of the talent training plan should be an important work for the development of the school and as the top-level design guide the development of other work. Our preschool education major is relatively young. The existing talent training program must have some problems. The new talent training plan revision has introduced the OBE idea, unifies the specialty development characteristic and the present situation, further clarifies the training goal, and establishes the reasonable curriculum system. Thus enhances the talented person training quality.
