The Cultivation of Chinese Teachers' Volunteers' Ability

本文基于新时代对语言服务提出的要求,结合汉语教师志愿者赴外工作任务,从专业素养、文化素养、志愿服务精神和才艺培养四个方面阐释了汉语教师志愿者的能力培养,旨在提高志愿者综合素质,更好的通过孔子学院传播中华文化,做好语言推广工作。

Based on the requirements of language service in the new era, this paper combines the task of Chinese teachers' volunteers to work abroad, from the aspects of professional accomplishment and cultural accomplishment. Four aspects of volunteer service spirit and talent cultivation explain the ability training of Chinese teachers' volunteers, in order to improve the comprehensive quality of volunteers, better spread Chinese culture through Confucius Institute, and do a good job of language promotion.
