Research on the Corrective Measures of the Basic Effectiveness of College English Teaching in Applied Universities

本文将公司生产管理中的"纠正和预防措施控制程序"应用到大学英语教学基础成效(交际能力)纠正措施中,实现提高应用型本科院校英语教学质量。根据纠正预防措施程序(列出问题、寻找原因、制定措施),利用"鱼骨图"分析法分析大学英语教学中存在的问题和原因,并提出针对性解决措施,最终实现提高学生英语交际能力。

This paper applies the "corrective and preventive measures control program" in the production management of the company to the basic effect of college English teaching(communicative competence) in order to improve the quality of English teaching in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.According to the procedure of corrective preventive measures(listing the problems, finding out the causes, formulating the measures, using the "fish bone map" analysis method to analyze the existing problems and causes in college English teaching, and put forward targeted measures to solve them. Finally, we can improve students' communicative competence in English.
