吴伏生,美国犹他大学语言文学系中国文学及比较文学终身教授,美国布朗大学比较文学博士,南开大学、四川大学客座教授。本书选自列国汉学史书系,于2012年6月出版第一版,共455千字,本书分为五章:第一章为英国早期的汉诗翻译;第二章为理雅各;第三章为翟理斯;第四章为韦利;第五章为庞德。

This book selected from a series of Sinological history book, the first edition published in June 2012, a total of 455 thousand words, the book is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the early English translation of Chinese poems; the second chapter is talking about James Legge; the third chapter mainly about Giles; the fourth chapter introduces Arthur Waley, the fifth chapter is about Pound.
