护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者心理状态和生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Mental State and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:评价护理干预对慢性心衰患者心理状态、生活质量的影响。方法:选择2016年3月-2017年6月收治的86例慢性心衰患者,按照随机分组比例分为综合护理的观察组(n=43)、常规护理的对照组(n=43),对比两组患者生活质量评分以及护理前后心理状态变化情况。结果:对比护理前,护理后患者SAS、SDS评分均有改善,且观察组优于对照组P<0.05。另外,组间生活质量评分对比,观察组高于对照组P<0.05。结论:综合护理利于心衰患者心理状态的改善、生活质量的提高,具有实施价值。

Objective: To evaluate the nursing intervention on the psychological status of patients with chronic heart failure, affecting the quality of life. Methods: 86 cases of patients with chronic heart failure in March 2016-2017 year in June, according to a randomized divided into comprehensive nursing observation group(n=43), the control group of routine nursing(n=43), compared two groups of patients with quality of life evaluation and nursing before and after psychological state changes. Results: compared with before treatment, SAS patients, SDS scores were improved, and the observation group than the control group in P<0.05. group, quality of life score comparison, observation group was higher than control group P<0.05.. Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing to the psychological state of patients with heart failure, improve the quality of life and with the implementation of value.
