摘要 据建设部科技司的分析,我国既有建筑近430亿m^2,其中95%以上是高耗能建筑。同时,我国每年新建房屋面积约20亿m^2,其中80%以上为耗能较高的建筑。居住建筑是既有建筑节能改造工作的重点,已经受到了社会的广泛关注。本文针对居住建筑节能综合改造关键技术与实施措施进行阐述与分析。 According to the analysis of science and technology department of Ministry of Construction, the existing buildings in China are nearly 43 billion m^2, of which more than 95% are high energy consuming buildings.At the same time, the area of newly built houses is about 2 billion m^2 per year, of which more than 80% are energy-consuming buildings.Residential building is the focus of energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings, and has been widely concerned by the society.This paper expatiates and analyzes the key technology and implementing measures of energy saving comprehensive transformation of residential buildings.
