“大职教观”视域下的现代职业教育制度创新研究

"大职教观"是目前最新提出的一种教育想法和观念,其在最新的视野下,对现代的职业教育整体构建提出了三个基本需要考察的维度,主要就是:外部的适应性、内部的延伸性、还有外汇的互通性。简单地说在现代的职业教育工作中,还需要建立在能够满足社会经济发展的需求、人民群众提出的要求,以及个人职业适应性需求的基础上,对内部的准备工作,以及继续教育工作进行开展。通过对学科内容的渗透、学校和企业的结合,实现对不同层次的人员的职业教育和普通教育工作,因此本文也基于"大职教观"的视野下,针对现代的职业教育工作具体的体积构建工作情况进行分析,希望能够为现代职业教育体系的构建找到最新的方法。
