每年参加国、省层面的职业学院技能大赛测绘赛是开设了工程测量类专业院校工作的重点,该赛项是展示学生技能和学校教学水平的重要平台,对学生、教师、学校乃至技能教育行业都有很重要的意义。本文结合笔者辅导学生参加竞赛的实践经验,从辅导工作的组织策略方面进行探讨。
