当前,工业文明给中国以及世界的发展带来了各种生态危机,中国已经开始展开生态文明的建设,而相关的评价体系还不够完备,本文通过解读日本环境立国的生态文化建设,深入分析其生态文明评价体系,进而探求对中国生态文化评价体系建设有益的启示。

The industrial civilization has brought various ecological crises to China and the world. China has begun its ecological civilization construction, but its evaluation system is not complete. Through analysis of Japan’s environment-oriented ecological culture construction and research of its ecological civilization evaluation system, the study makes suggestions on how to construct a sound ecological culture evaluation system in China.
