Thoughts on the Compensation System of Ecological Benefits of Wetland in China

湿地具备物种多样性、资源丰富的特性,并且具有生态、经济和社会等价值,被人们誉为"地球之肺"。但人们对于湿地的保护和利用又存在着巨大的矛盾,由于这一矛盾的存在,导致了湿地生态系统遭到了严重乃至毁灭性的破坏,所以建立一套生态效益补偿制度是非常重要的。

Wetland has the characteristics of species diversity, rich resources and ecological, economic and social value, so it is praised as 'lung of the earth'. However, there is a huge contradiction about the protection and utilization of wetland. Because of this contradiction, the wetland ecosystem has been seriously destroyed, so it is very important to establish a compensation system for ecological benefits.
