高校基层团支部活力提升路径探析

高校共青团组织是高等教育工作中的一支重要力量,而团支部作为共青团员活动和工作的基本单位,它的活力直接影响和决定了高校团组织的活力。基层团支部的状况如何,直接关系到团组织能否密切联系团员青年,关系到团的各项工作任务能否落到实处。近年来,随着完全学分制和网络新媒体的普及以及大学生聚集方式的改变,问题也应运而生:相当数量的高校基层团支部普遍存在活力不足的现象。本文探讨了当前高校基层团组织建设和管理中面对的新形势、存在的问题,并分析问题产生的根源,就切实提升基层团支部活力,深入推进共青团改革提出解决路径。

The Communist Youth League organization in colleges and universities is an important force in the work of higher education. As the basic unit of the activities and work of the Communist Youth League members, the League branch has a direct impact on and determines the vitality of the Communist Youth League organization in colleges and universities. The condition of the grassroots League branch is directly related to whether the League organization can closely contact the youth of the League members and whether the work tasks of the League can be carried out. In recent years, with the popularization of the complete credit system and the network new media, and the change of the way of college students’ gathering, the problem arises as the times require: quite a number of grass-roots League branches of colleges and universities have the phenomenon of lack of vitality. This paper probes into the new situation and existing problems in the construction and management of the grass-roots League organizations in colleges and universities, and analyzes the root causes of the problems, and puts forward a solution path for improving the vitality of the grass-roots League branches and promoting the reform of the Communist Youth League in depth.
