随着经济社会的发展,我国迫切需要构建自然人破产制度以顺应市场经济的发展要求。因此,在借鉴域外自然人破产制度立法经验的基础上,探讨该制度在我国的构建具有重要意义。

With the development of economy and society, our country urgently needs to construct the natural person bankruptcy system in order to conform to the development request of market economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the construction of this system in our country on the basis of drawing lessons from the legislative experience of the extraterritorial bankruptcy system of natural persons.
