石油科技英语译员能力的培养研究

A Study on the Development of English Interpreters for Petroleum Science and Technology

西班牙巴塞罗那自治大学的PACTE(翻译能力习得过程与评估)专项研究提出了翻译能力构成模式理论,该理论将翻译能力分为五个子能力,即双语能力、语言外能力、翻译专业知识、工具能力和策略能力以及一系列心理生理因素。本文依照该理论对石油科技英语翻译译员的能力培养进行研究论述,以期为石油科技英语译员能力培养提供一定的参考。

The special study of PACTE(Process in the Acquisition of Translation Competence and Evaluation) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, proposes the theory of translation component model. This theory divides the translation components into five sub-components: bilingual subcompetence, extra-lingual subcompetence, Knowledge about translation subcompetence, and instrumental competence, strategic subcompetence and a range of psycho-physiological components. Based on this theory, this paper discusses the development of Petroleum Technical English translators’ competences, in order to provide some references for the research of development of translators competence.
