新时期下高校“志愿服务+专业”模式探究

Research on the Mode of Voluntary Activities and Specialties of Universities in New Period: Taking School of Information Science and Technology of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as an Example

高校的一大特色是其专业优势,在新时期开展大学生志愿服务时,要突出知识化、专业化、技能化的特色,将志愿服务和专业实践紧密结合,通过志愿服务激发大学生内在的学习热情和学习动机,引导学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。本文结合时代背景和大学生特点,在社会交互论、马斯洛需要层次理论和马克思主义等理论视角下,从"志愿服务+专业"出发,探索新时期下高校志愿服务活动的创新方式。

One of the characteristics of universities is their superiority of their specialties. It is of great significant to emphasize knowledge, profession and skills when organizing voluntary activities of universities students in the new period, combing professional practice with voluntary activities. In this way, we can inspire students to explore their potential passion and motivation for study and help them to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism. Considering the historical background and the characteristics of universities students, combining voluntary activities and its major areas, we explore the innovative ways of voluntary activities of college students in the new period in the perspectives of social interaction theory, Maslow hierarchy of need theory and Marxism theory.
