广东省农村小学教师素质现状分析——以海丰县为例

摘要 了解广东省农村小学教师的素质现状、专业培训需求,是确定教师培训方案、帮助教师进行教师专业发展规划、提升小学教师专业素养的前提与基础。通过对广东省海丰县千余名小学教师的问卷调查,对农村小学教师的素质现状有了整体的认识。在新时代、新要求、新课改、新技术挑战下,农村小学教师需要增强学习意识,自觉反思,更新素质结构,提升科研意识与信息技术能力,加强心理调控能力。针对农村小学教师的不同需求,应当建立灵活多样的分层培训机制。 To understand the quality and professional training needs of rural primary school teachers in Guangdong province is the premise for determining teacher training programs, helping teachers to carry out professional development planning and improving professional quality. The questionnaire survey leads to understanding of qualification of primary teachers in Guangdong rural areas. Under the new situation, they should change the traditional teaching concepts, cultivate the awareness of life-long study, improve scientific research consciousness and their capability of selfreflection, information technology and psychological regulating. According to the different needs of primary teachers, a flexible and diversified training mechanism should be set up.
