As we all know, with the rapid development of social economy, the establishment of Xiong’an New area is regarded as an important strategic plan in our country in the process of promoting the common development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It will adhere to the concept of 'world vision, international standards, Chinese characteristics, high positioning', strive to build Xiong an New area after Pudong New area, Shenzhen Special Zone after the third state-level new zone. In the process of building Xiong’an New area, the most important strength is high quality talents from different specialties, and talents are the important driving force to promote the construction and development of Xiong’an New area. This paper will analyze and probe into the promotion of communication ability of secretarial professionals in order to meet the international needs of Xiong’an New District.
