The Research of Talent-cultivation System Construction Based on a Pool of Modules

基于能力输出的高等教育体系改革是一种尚在探索中的教学体系。合肥学院在应用型高校的教学模式上做出了一些有意义的探索,并形成了一些成果。其中,模块化教学改革在合肥学院11个专业得到实施。为了进一步提升学生能力的培养,提高学生学习的自主性。本文提出基于"模块池"电子信息专业人才培养体系的研究。

The reform of higher education system based on ability output is still in exploration. Some measures have been carrying out about the educational pattern in application-oriented higher education system at Hefei university. And some promising results have been achieved. The most outstanding result among those is called as modular teaching which has been implemented in 11 majors successfully at the university. Talent-cultivation system construction research based on a pool of modules is represented in this paper further improving students’ capability and their interest and autonomy of study.
