生态系统视域下高校院系办公室发挥育人功能的路径探析

高校院系办公室作为与学生密切接触的行政部门之一,是学校育人环节不可缺少的重要组成部分。在"三全"育人要求下,如何发挥高校院系办公室育人功能值得探究。本文以社会学视角,引入生态系统理论框架,对院系办公室发挥育人功能的路径进行分析和探讨,以实现"全员育人、全方位育人"的目标。

As one of the administrative departments in close contact with students, the department office of colleges and universities is an indispensable part of education. It is worth exploring how to give full play to the function of educating people in the offices of colleges and departments under the requirement of 'three complete' education. From the angle of sociology and introducing the theory frame of ecosystem, this paper analyzes and probes into the ways of bringing into play the function of educating people in the offices of colleges and departments, in order to realize the goal of 'educating people with all staff and educating people in all directions'.
