新形势下工科大学生创新能力培养体系的探析

社会和经济的发展对我国工科大学生创新能力提出了许多新的要求。如何提升工科大学生的创新能力是高校在人才培养方面面临的主要问题。结合我国工科大学生创新能力培养教育的现状,本文分析了我国工科大学生工程实践能力培养中存在的若干问题,从日常教学培养中增加学生创新能力的培养,鼓励学生投入各类科技竞赛和科研项目,完善科技创新运行机制加强校企联合等方面提出了具体的解决措施。

The social and economic development has put many new demands on the innovation ability of engineering college students in our country. How to improve the innovation ability of engineering college students is the main problem in the cultivation of talents. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of the students ’ creative ability of engineering college students in our country. This paper analyzes the cultivation of the students ’creative ability from the daily teaching cultivation, encourages the students to invest in various science and technology competitions and scientific research projects, improve the operation mechanism of science and technology innovation and strengthen the combination of school and enterprise.
