摘要
科研团队建设对高校科研力量、高校科研实力等方面都具有重要影响。地方普通高校要想提升自身的科研水平,增强自身的竞争优势,就必须对科研团队进行合理建设。基于此,本文首先从团队带头人、研究方向以及研究经费等方面分析了地方普通高校科研团队建设的问题,最后根据这些问题提出了几点科研团队建设策略,具有重要的参考价值。
The construction of scientific research team has an important influence on the strength of scientific research in colleges and universities. If local colleges and universities want to improve their own scientific research level and enhance their own competitive advantage, they must carry out reasonable construction of scientific research team. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the problems of scientific research team construction in local colleges and universities from the aspects of team leader, research direction and research funds, and finally puts forward several strategies of scientific research team building according to these problems. It has important reference value.
