A Study on the Service of Administrative Management in Art Colleges

艺术类院校行政管理工作中存在着管理与服务之间的争议,而如何正确处理管理与服务的争议,则成为提高艺术类院校行政管理质量的关键。随着我国教育改革的不断深化,艺术类院校的行政管理工作更加重视服务性,并且已经成为艺术类院校行政管理工作的发展趋势。本文从行政管理的服务对象、意义和策略三个方面进行分析。

There is a dispute between management and service in the administrative work of art colleges and universities, and how to deal with the dispute of management and service correctly is the key to improve the quality of administrative management in art colleges. With the deepening of our educational reform, the administrative work of art colleges and universities pays more attention to service, and has already been done. It has become the development trend of administrative management in art colleges. This paper analyzes the three aspects of service objects, significance and strategy of administrative management.
