随着科技进步和社会发展,我国对人才提出了较高要求。高校是我国复合型人才的重点培养基地,在加强人才的塑造中担负着当仁不让的重任,尤其针对辅导员来说,其是大学生思想政治教育中的先驱者,自身素质直接关联着教育的效果。本文将主要围绕辅导员素质的组成要素展开分析,并提供合理对策。

With the progress of science and technology and social development, our country has put forward higher requirements for talents. Colleges and universities are the key training bases of the compound talents in our country, and they are shouldering the heavy responsibility in strengthening the shaping of talents. Especially for the counselors, they are the pioneers in the ideological and political education of college students. Self-quality is directly related to the effect of education. This paper will mainly focus on the composition of the quality of counselors analysis and provide reasonable countermeasures.
