摘要
我国的EAP(学术英语)发展比较缓慢,需要广大教育者一起探索适合学术英语的教学方法。建构主义是学习者基于原有的知识经验生成意义、建构理解的过程。建构主义的提出,对教学设计具有重要指导价值。本文通过对EAP教学现状及存在问题的具体分析,结合建构主义理论,从课程设置、师资、学生及教学手段等方面讨论了多元化的教学策略,对在EAP英语教学中,提高学生英语听说读写的技能和综合素质具有重要的指导意义。
The development of EAPs in China is slow, so it is necessary for educators to explore teaching methods suitable for academic English. Constructivism is a process for learners to construct understanding based on their original knowledge and experience. Constructivism has important guiding value for teaching design. By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of EAP teaching, combining with constructivism theory, this paper discusses the diversified teaching strategies from the aspects of curriculum, teachers, students and teaching methods. It is of great significance to improve students’ English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and comprehensive quality.
