摘要
根据国家的相关标准以及规范来对电气检测安规实验室的标准化要求,然后结合以往的工作经验,详细的分析了电器检测安规实验室的标准化管理的特点以及意义,并且还对其建设的新要求进行了一定的阐述,同时从加强培训、进行实验室之间的能力验证以及比对、严格的做好方法确认、提升管理评审以及内部的审核和加强标准动态管理等方面提出了加强电气检测安规试验室标准化管理的相关建议,希望能够有效的提升电气检测安规实验室的检验结果的有效性和准确性,实现持续发展的目的。
According to the relevant national standards and regulations, the standardization requirements of the electrical testing safety control laboratory are introduced. Then, the characteristics and significance of the standardization management of the electrical testing safety control laboratory are analyzed in detail in combination with the previous work experience. At the same time, the new requirements of its construction are expounded to some extent. At the same time, the training is strengthened, the ability between laboratories is verified and compared, and the methods are confirmed strictly. In the aspects of improving management review, internal audit and strengthening standard dynamic management, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the standardization management of electrical testing and safety control laboratory. It is hoped that the validity and accuracy of the test results of the electrical safety control laboratory can be improved effectively, and the purpose of sustainable development can be achieved.
