我国高等学校办学规模不断扩大,在校生人数大幅度增加,从而使高等院校用水量占了我国用水总量相当大的比例,在创建节约型社会的大背景下,加强高校大学生节水意识,培养大学生的社会责任感,爱护水资源,节约水资源,目的意义重大。
