乌鲁木齐旅行社自驾游发展现状和对策研究

摘要 乌鲁木齐旅行社自驾游市场正在积极开拓,但尚不成熟。本文针对乌鲁木齐旅行社自驾游市场的需求细分化、旅客出游意愿常态化、交通工具多元化、旅游资讯数字化、旅游服务个性化等方面的发展现状进行了分析研究,提升出竞争力相关的业务宣传、印象价格、品牌口碑、服务质量等自驾游产品客户购买决策规律。同时给出了旅行社自驾游在品牌知名度、美誉度、产品定位、服务满意度、价格期望满足度、价格合理性等方面的发展对策。 Urumqi travel agency self-driving travel market is actively developing, but not yet mature. This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of the development of Urumqi travel agency self-driving travel market, such as the differentiation of demand, the normalization of tourists’ travel intention, the diversification of transportation, the digitization of tourism information, the individualization of tourism services, and so on. Enhance competitiveness related business promotion, impression price, brand reputation, service quality and other self-driving product customer purchase decision-making rule. At the same time, the development countermeasures of travel agency in brand popularity, reputation, product orientation, service satisfaction, price expectation satisfaction, price rationality and so on are given.
