The Background of "The Belt and Road" Initiative under the Russian Oil Company(Rosneft Oil) Foreign Policy Research of Oil and Gas Resources

现今,能源外交越来越成为一种不可逆转的趋势,俄罗斯最大的石油公司——俄罗斯石油公司(Rosneft Oil)在俄罗斯的能源外交中扮演了重要的角色,其油气资源的对外政策功不可没。本文将该公司的油气资源对外政策与我国"一带一路"倡议背景相结合,简要分析在此背景下该公司实行的油气资源对外政策。

Nowadays, energy diplomacy is becoming an irreversible trend. Rosneft Oil, Russia’s largest oil company, plays an important role in Russia’s energy diplomacy. The foreign policy of its oil and gas resources can not be ignored. This paper combines the foreign policy of oil and gas resources of the company with the initiative background of 'Belt and Road' of our country, and briefly analyzes the foreign policy of oil and gas resources carried out by the company under this background.
