摘要
行政人员是指具有依法、章程负责或行使执行权、管理权和领导权的人员,随着国家政治的发展和体制的不断完善,给行政人员提出了更多要求,容易产生不健康的情绪,如果这种情绪不尽快释放必然会影响生活和工作,降低工作效率,因此需要引进情绪劳动这一概念,从这个角度帮助行政人员加强组织管理质量,基于此背景,笔者对情绪劳动视角下行政人员的组织管理质量进行了研究,希望能为相关工作人员提供理论研究,为我国现代化行政事业的发展贡献绵薄之力。
Administrative personnel refer to those who are responsible for or exercise executive power, management power and leadership in accordance with the law and the articles of association. With the development of national politics and the continuous improvement of the system, more demands have been put forward to the administrative personnel, and it is easy to produce unhealthy moods. If this kind of emotion is not released as soon as possible, it will inevitably affect life and work and reduce work efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce the concept of emotional labor, from this point of view to help administrators to strengthen organizational management quality, based on this background, the author of the emotional labor perspective of the administrative staff organizational management quality has been studied. Hope to provide theoretical research for the relevant staff, contribute to the development of modern administrative undertakings in China.
