摘要
现代学徒制是校企合作的一种新尝试,采用学校老师和企业师傅协作的双导师制,学生同时具备学生和员工的双重身份,能有效提升学生对企业的认同度,提升人才培养的效能。
Modern apprenticeship is a new model of school-enterprise cooperation,which is a double tutor system of school teachers collaborating with enterprise tutors.It can effectively improve the students’ recognition of the enterprise and the efficiency of staff training.
