中职院校学前教育专业学生见习中的问题与对策

专业见习是提高中职院校学前教育专业学生综合实践能力的重要课程,同时也是保证幼儿园教师师资质量的主要途径。通过见习学生可以将所学的理论知识应用于实践,同时也有助于其积累教学经验。本文对中职学前教育专业学生见习中存在的问题进行分析梳理,试图为其效果的提升提出有效性对策。

Professional training is an important course to improve the comprehensive practical ability of pre-school education students in vocational colleges,and it is also the main way to guarantee the quality of teachers in kindergartens.It can be applied to practice,and it can also help to accumulate teaching experience.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the students’ internship of education,and tries to put forward the effective countermeasures for the improvement of pre-school education.
