摘要
研究高职生自尊水平、抑郁状态及焦虑状态的现状,及关系。采用Rosenberg(1965)自尊量表、SDS抑郁自评量表和SAS焦虑自评量表对整群抽样的1612名高职学生进行调查,结果显示自尊水平与抑郁、焦虑状态三者间存在非常显著的两两相关,相关系数均大于0.6.抑郁(β=-16.63,t=-3.97,P<0.001)、焦虑(β=-0.04,t=-0.14,P<0.001)均负向预测自尊水平,三者间关系紧密,自尊教育在心理健康教育中将起着非常重要的积极作用。
To study the status quo and relationship of self-esteem,depression and anxiety among vocational college students.Methods the self-rating depression scale(SDS-SDS)and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS self-rating scale) were used to investigate 1612 vocational college students in a cluster sampling.The results showed that there was a significant correlation between self-esteem and depression and anxiety status.The correlation coefficient is more than 0.6.Depression(β-16.63)-3.97(P<0.001) and anxiety(β-0.04^(-0.14) P<0.001) were all negative predictors of self-esteem.There was a close relationship among them.Self-esteem education would play an important and positive role in mental health education.
