网络的发展给高校共青团工作提供了新的机遇,同时也带来了巨大的挑战。通过对高校共青团网络化转型基本目标的分析,介绍了肇庆学院共青团在思想引领、成长服务和组织提升网络化转型方面的具体举措以及所取得的成效,进而提出下一步的努力方向。

The development of network provides new opportunities and great challenges for the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the basic goals of the network transformation of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,this paper introduces the concrete measures and achievements of the Youth League of Zhaoqing College in the aspects of ideological guidance,growth,service and organization,as well as the promotion of the network transformation.And then put forward the direction of the next step.
